If it definitely says "Gluten Free" that is a big plus... but they all don't say that.
If it is produced in a plant that processes wheat items, chances are you should avoid them.. as it wouldn't be gluten free.

We contacted Jason Natural Products, which we have been using for years prior Celiac Disease. We love their products as they are natural and avoid many things that should not be used. However when emailed to see if they are gluten free.. we received this reply.
